Instructions
Beat the QimiQ until smooth. Stir in the quark, lemon juice and powdered sugar. Grate the apples with the Bircher grater into the QimiQ mixture, mix immediately. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the QimiQ mixture and refrigerate for 3 hours.
