Instructions
Mix the grated apple with the lemon zest and juice. Mix the cream quark with horseradish until smooth, mix in the grated apple. Season the dip with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley leaves.
Tip:
Tastes good with smoked salmon and grilled fish.
