Instructions

1. For approx. 16 pieces.
2. Knead the ingredients for the dough into a shortcrust pastry.
3. Separate eggs for the topping. Mix the quark, flour, sugar, egg yolk, milk and butter well. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
