Process all ingredients except the icing sugar in the food processor or with the hand mixer to form a dough.
Put the dough in the stollen form and bake at 150 degrees fan-assisted for about 50-60 minutes.
After cooling, dust with powdered sugar.
Usually they say that a cleat should stretch in aluminum foil for about 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I have not yet managed to do that with this one. It was always swept away within a week.
