Instructions

  1. Let the fruits thaw, puree and strain through a sieve. Mix the puree with 20 g sugar and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
  2. Mix the quark with the vanilla sugar, remaining sugar and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
  3. Layer the mixture with the puree alternately in glasses. Serve decorated with lemon balm.
