Instructions

1. Remove 6 tablespoons of the milk and mix the custard powder with it, also add sugar and vanilla sugar, mix everything well.
2. Bring the remaining milk to the boil, remove from the hob, stir in the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil again while stirring.
3. Stir the quark into the pudding. Fill the quark cream into glasses and let them cool.
