Make a crumble dough from the first eight ingredients. Put 2/3 of the dough on a greased baking sheet and press down lightly - the baking sheet may still shine through here and there, but that doesn`t matter.
Put the ingredients for the topping in a bowl and make the quark mixture.
Pour the quark mixture onto the dough and distribute it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining crumble on the curd mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven at 160 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 40 minutes.
