Ingredients
- 375 grams flour
- 125 g cornstarch
- 200 g suar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 egg (s)
- 250 g butter
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
For covering:
- g 1,000 quark (low-fat quark)
- 200 g suar
- 250 g butter, melted
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- Lemon juice to taste
- Grease for the tin

- Make a crumble dough from the first eight ingredients. Put 2/3 of the dough on a greased baking sheet and press down lightly - the baking sheet may still shine through here and there, but that doesn`t matter.
- Put the ingredients for the topping in a bowl and make the quark mixture.
- Pour the quark mixture onto the dough and distribute it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining crumble on the curd mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 160 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 40 minutes.
- A super cake as a party souvenir: juicy, wonderfully fragrant and a real classic!
