Ingredients
For the dough:
- 250 g butter, soft
- 5 egg (s)
- 250 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 300 grams flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
For the sprinkles:
- 400 g flour
- 200 g suar
- 200 g butter, cold
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 cups sweet cream, for basting
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

- Mix the ingredients for the dough well and use a spoon to spread them on the baking tray.
- For the crumble, knead the flour, sugar, cold butter and vanilla sugar into crumble and spread on the dough.
- Bake at 200 ° for about 20 minutes. The cake doesn`t have to turn brown.
