Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 125 g butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 0.5 bag ½ baking powder
  • 100 g almond (s), round

For covering:

  • 2 glasses cherry (s)

For the sprinkles:

  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g suar
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. For the dough, stir the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until frothy. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in. Then stir in the almonds.
  2. Quickly knead the ingredients for the crumble together and rub into crumble. You can also add a little cinnamon to taste.
  3. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cover with the cherries. Spread the crumble on top and bake the cake at 175 degrees for about 45 minutes.
