0.5 liter ½ milk
1 ½ tablespoon sugar
some apples (Boskoop, Cox Orange, Elstar)

Apple Pudding Cake with Crumble from Tray

Instructions

Knead the dough ingredients into a smooth dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for about two hours.
For the crumbles, knead the ingredients until they are crumbly and also put them in the fridge.
Roll out the dough and place on a greased baking sheet sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Prick several times with a fork. Pre-bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 6 to 7 minutes.
In the meantime, cook a pudding from the pudding powder, milk and sugar as usual and spread it on the pre-baked base.
Eighth, core and score peeled apples. Place on the pudding, sprinkle with the crumble and bake the whole thing at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 35 minutes.
