Ingredients
For the dough:
- 350 g flour
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 50 grams sugar
- 50 g butter, soft
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 1 egg (s)
For covering:
- 1 can apricot (s), or fresh apricots
For the sprinkles:
- 150 g butter, cold
- 200 g flour
- 120 g suar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- cinnamon and sugar, for sprinkling

- Dough:
- Mix the flour with sugar, salt and dry yeast. Warm the milk and dissolve the butter cut into pieces. Add the milk mixture and egg to the flour, stir with the dough hook until all the ingredients are mixed. Possibly add a little flour and shape the dough into a ball. Let the dough rest in a warm place for at least 1 hour. Then roll out on a greased baking sheet or lined with baking paper or distribute evenly with your fingers. Let rest for another 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 ° C and prepare the streusel.

- Cut the apricots into pieces, distribute them evenly on the dough and then spread the crumble on top. Sprinkle with sugar or cinnamon as desired and bake on the middle rack for about 35 minutes.
