Ingredients

• 250 g quark
• 500 ml vanilla sauce
• 1 cup cream, approx. 200 g
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 1 pack cream stabilizer
• 500 g cherry roats
• 100 g chocolate drops

Instructions

1. Mix the quark with the vanilla sauce.
2. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff and fold into the quark mixture.
3. Layer the cherry groats alternately with the quark mixture in a bowl. Then sprinkle with the chocolate drops and cool for at least 1 hour.
4. The dessert can be prepared 1 to 2 days in advance. But we also love it freshly prepared.
