It is best to cook the jacket potatoes the day before. Peel and rub through a grater or press through. Drain the quark through a sieve or squeeze it out in a cloth. Add eggs, flour, a pinch of salt, sultanas and the quark and mix everything together. Shape into a roll and cut into 1 - 2 cm thick slices and flatten them a little.
Bake slowly until golden brown in a pan with margarine.
