Prepare a kneading dough from the dough ingredients. Place half of this kneading dough on a prepared baking sheet and press down well.
For the topping, cook a pudding from 1 liter of milk, 2 1/2 packs of pudding powder and 150 g of sugar (so that it can cool down a little, I cook the pudding before I prepare the dough).
Stir the quark, lemon zest and egg yolk into the cooked pudding. Beat in the egg whites until stiff. Finally fold in the well-drained mandarins. Put the mixture on the kneading dough and distribute evenly.
Now crumble the other half of the kneaded dough on top.
Bake in the hot oven at 200 ° C on the lower rack for approx. 35 to 45 minutes.
