Mix the low-fat quark, yoghurt, vanilla sugar and sugar together very well. Puree the fruits, alternately layer them decoratively in portion glasses or bowls.
Garnish with chocolate sprinkles as a decoration.
Tip: If you want it to be more festive, whip the cream until stiff and mix it with the quark mixture.
In addition, you can add a little alcohol, depending on what goes better with the fruit (like cherries). But really only 1 tablespoon, otherwise the fruit puree will be too runny.
