- 750 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 250 g yourt, low in fat
- 100 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 500 g fruit your choice
- possibly alcohol, suitable for the selected fruit
- possibly cream
- Chocolate sprinkles for decorating

- Mix the low-fat quark, yoghurt, vanilla sugar and sugar together very well. Puree the fruits, alternately layer them decoratively in portion glasses or bowls.
- Garnish with chocolate sprinkles as a decoration.
- Tip: If you want it to be more festive, whip the cream until stiff and mix it with the quark mixture.
- In addition, you can add a little alcohol, depending on what goes better with the fruit (like cherries). But really only 1 tablespoon, otherwise the fruit puree will be too runny.
