Ingredients
- 200 g rice puddin
- 1 liter milk
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 350 g quark, lean
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- some Milk
- 1 mango (s), ripe
- 1 glass morello cherries (drained weight: 290 g)

- Put the milk, salt and sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring. Add the rice pudding and cook on a low flame in a closed saucepan for about 30 minutes, stirring again and again. Let it cool down (it is advisable to cook the rice pudding a day in advance).
- Drain the morello cherries. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into small pieces. Stir the quark with milk and vanilla sugar until smooth and mix with the rice pudding. Finally fold in the fruit.
