• 2 egg yolks
• 30 g cornstarch
• 125 ml water
• 375 ml white wine
• 40 g suar
• 1 lemon (s), the zest, grated
• 150 g quark (low-fat quark)
• 2 egg whites

Instructions

1. Mix the first six ingredients, bring to the boil and allow to cool. Mix in the low-fat quark. Beat egg whites into snow and fold in.
