Flour – 200-250 g (1.5-2 cups with a capacity of 200 ml)
First, let’s prepare the quiche dough. The butter should be at room temperature. During the preparation process, you will need a mold with a diameter of 26 cm and cling film.
Mix soft butter with sour cream.
Add the egg and Italian herbs to the sour cream-butter mixture. We mix.
Gradually add flour and knead the dough. The dough will become soft and should not stick to your hands.
Put the finished dough in a bag or wrap it in plastic wrap. We send it to the refrigerator for a while while we prepare the filling.
Preparing the ingredients for the filling.
Cut the peeled onions and pumpkin, as well as the chicken fillet into medium cubes.
In a frying pan preheated with vegetable oil, fry the onions until transparent, 3 minutes.
Add chicken to the onion and fry, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
Add the pumpkin to the pan and simmer for another 10 minutes. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
To pour, whisk the cream and egg with a whisk. Add grated cheese to the creamy egg mixture, add a little salt and pepper.
A baking dish (I have a dish with a diameter of 26 cm) grease with butter. We distribute the dough in shape with our hands, forming the sides.
Put the fried pumpkin with chicken and onion on the dough.
