Put the low-fat quark in a bowl and stir it creamy with mineral water (if you like, you can also use milk - but I`ve made the experience that mineral water makes the quark nice and loose). Then add the packet of ready-to-use salad mix and stir well (I usually use the garden herbs and garlic variety, but it also tastes very good with others).
In addition, cut vegetables such as peppers, carrots, cucumber or celery into sticks and serve with them.
