Ingredients
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 2 packs ready-to-use mix for lettuce (variety as desired)
- 1 shot mineral water

- Put the low-fat quark in a bowl and stir it creamy with mineral water (if you like, you can also use milk - but I`ve made the experience that mineral water makes the quark nice and loose). Then add the packet of ready-to-use salad mix and stir well (I usually use the garden herbs and garlic variety, but it also tastes very good with others).
- In addition, cut vegetables such as peppers, carrots, cucumber or celery into sticks and serve with them.
