Leave the diced smoked meat in a pan and stir it together with all the other ingredients (you can vary the amount of cheese and caraway seeds as you wish). Shape the mixture into small, plum-sized balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the balls with cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 20 minutes.
