Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 250 g quark
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 1 packet baking powder plus /2 teaspoon extra
- 1 egg (s)
- 2 teaspoons, leveled salt
- 3 tablespoon milk
- 50 g cheese, rated
- 150 g smoked meat, diced
- 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
- some cheese, grated, to sprinkle on

- Leave the diced smoked meat in a pan and stir it together with all the other ingredients (you can vary the amount of cheese and caraway seeds as you wish). Shape the mixture into small, plum-sized balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the balls with cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 20 minutes.
- They taste best on the same day and are really quick to prepare.
