Instructions

  1. Drain the beans well, chop them up with a fork or in a lightning chopper. Mix in the chopped onion, soy sauce and garlic and enough oat flakes to create a malleable mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into burgers with wet hands, fry them brown in hot fat.
