Ingredients
- 1 small Can (s) kidney beans
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped
- 1 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
- 1 cup oatmeal or more
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- salt and pepper

- Drain the beans well, chop them up with a fork or in a lightning chopper. Mix in the chopped onion, soy sauce and garlic and enough oat flakes to create a malleable mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into burgers with wet hands, fry them brown in hot fat.
