- Put some clarified butter or oil in the hot pan. Briefly fry the minced meat, add onions and white cabbage, both diced, season and stir.
- Cover the pan with the lid. The moisture in the cabbage is enough to stew.
- Stir more often so that it doesn`t burn !!
- We like it crunchy, so stew for 20 minutes. If you want it softer, you have to add water or broth.
- You can also eat a slice of bread or potatoes.
