Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ m. White cabbage
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • Clarified butter, or oil for frying
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Caraway, (also ground)
  • nutmeg
  • possibly broth

Instructions

  1. Put some clarified butter or oil in the hot pan. Briefly fry the minced meat, add onions and white cabbage, both diced, season and stir.
  2. Cover the pan with the lid. The moisture in the cabbage is enough to stew.
  3. Stir more often so that it doesn`t burn !!
  4. We like it crunchy, so stew for 20 minutes. If you want it softer, you have to add water or broth.
  5. You can also eat a slice of bread or potatoes.
