  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • some margarine
  • salt and pepper
  • water
  • Broth, instant
  • possibly caraway seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut the cabbage into small pieces or strips. Fry in portions with margarine in a large roasting pan. This creates less liquid and the cabbage fries better. Fry the diced onions with.
