  • 750 g white cabbae
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 50 g ham, diced
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ marjoram, dried

Instructions

  1. Peel, wash and roughly dice the potatoes. Clean, wash and cut the cabbage.
  2. Heat the oil in an ovenproof pan or roasting pan, fry the ham in it, then remove it. Fry the sausages on both sides and take them out again. Fry the potatoes and cabbage vigorously in the frying fat. Season with marjoram, salt, pepper and possibly caraway seeds. Deglaze with 1/8 l water, stir and place the sausages on top.
  3. Cover the pan or casserole dish. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 1 hour. After 45 minutes, sprinkle the diced ham on top and finish cooking for the last 15 minutes without the lid.
