First mix whole wheat flour with lettuce mix, salt and dry yeast. Then add the water with the vinegar and mix the dough well so that it becomes a sticky mass. If you don`t have a food processor, all you need to do is mix the dough with a spoon, as it will be quite sticky.
While greasing the loaf pan (my loaf pan is 25 cm), let the dough rise for about 10 minutes.
Then bake the bread in a non-preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 60 minutes.
The bread should cool down well before it is cut, otherwise it will fall apart a little. It`s great to cut when it`s cold.
The workload is less than 10 minutes and the preparation is really very easy.
