Instructions

  1. First preheat the oven to 160 ° C and place the paper cases in the recesses of the muffin baking tin.
  2. Wash the lemon, rub the peel and squeeze out the juice, set aside. Beat the 4 eggs together with the packet of vanilla sugar and 150g sugar until frothy.
