• 2 cloves garlic, pressed
• 1 teaspoon, sprinkled thyme, dried
• 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled rosemary, dried
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled salt
• Pepper, black, freshly ground

Instructions

1. Wash the meat and pat dry. Then mix with all the ingredients, e.g. in a freezer bag, and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
2. For grill or pan.
