- Save about half of the small chocolate chips. Come on top of the not-yet-baked muffins.
- Mix all dry ingredients, then add milk, oil and egg and stir well.
- Pour into 12 muffin tins and put the rest of the chocolate on top.
- Bake at 150 degrees for 20 minutes.
- They taste best when they are still warm.
