Crumble the gingerbread by hand in a large bowl, add a little milk and puree with the hand blender to a smooth paste. Then add the rest of the milk and mix the cream powder with the mass. First stir gently with the hand mixer, then 3 minutes on the highest level to a fluffy mass.
