• 5 tablespoon cranberry compote or cranberry jam
• 2 tablespoon horseradish, freshly grated (horseradish)
• 1 shot wine, red, good (usually use a Shiraz)

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients and serve.
2. If you don`t have fresh horseradish, you can get one out of the glass (but use a teaspoon here).
3. Goes with a wide variety of meats (beef, poultry, game, minced meat). I recently ate them with sausages in my dressing gown. Was excellent.
