For the dough, heat 150 g margarine / butter and stir together with the eggs and 150 g sugar until frothy. Add lemon flavor, vanilla sugar, flour and baking powder. Spread on a greased tray.
Put the cherries in a sieve, drain and spread on the dough.
For the crumble, put 150 g of flour, 75 g of sugar, 100 g of cold butter and a bag of vanilla sugar in a bowl and use the mixer to stir into small crumble. Spread over the cherries.
Bake the cake at 170 degrees in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
