Instructions

  1. Divide the fish and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat the coconut milk with curry paste and bay leaves and cover and simmer for approx. 5 minutes.
  3. Add the fish, prawns and vegetables and simmer for another 3 - 5 minutes, until everything is just cooked. Season with lemon juice and fish sauce.
  4. Serve with rice.
