Prepare a batter from all the ingredients (stir until it is very creamy). Cut the apples into small pieces and fold into the batter.
Spread everything on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (without baking paper, the cake may burn from below), bake for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees (top and bottom heat or hot air). When it is slightly brown on the surface - take it out.
Cut into pieces while still warm on the tray. When it`s cold, it`s hard to cut, then everything tears apart easily. If you want, lightly dust the cooled cake with powdered sugar and / or decorate with almonds.
