You may need a small shredder, it`s super quick and easy.
Put the oil, mustard, onion and the spices in the chopper and puree everything nicely. It can be a porridge, so it will stick better to the meat afterwards.
Then I take a bowl with a lid, add the marinade and then roll meat of your choice in it until everything is covered with it. After just 2 hours, the meat has acquired a wonderful taste without tasting too much of any ingredients.
If you want, you can dab off the marinade before grilling. But I always leave it on, it tastes great.
