Cut the cucumber into slices and the meat loaf into fine strips. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into thin strips. Clean the radishes, put some greens aside, wash and cut into slices.
For the vinaigrette, mix the cucumber stock with the vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and a pinch of sugar. Beat the oil under it. Mix the prepared ingredients with the vinaigrette. Finely chop the radish greens and sprinkle over the salad.
