Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Drain the corn in a colander. Wash the parsley, pat dry and chop finely.
Fry the minced meat in the hot oil until crumbly. Add the spring onions and fry briefly. Add the tomato juice and corn and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
In the meantime, prepare the mini dumplings according to the instructions on the packet, cook in boiling water for about 7 minutes and remove. Add to the minced meat pan and serve sprinkled with parsley.
