Dice the onion, cut the peppers into small pieces, cut the zucchini into slices and quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the onions until translucent. Add potato noodles, paprika and zucchini and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Fry for about 7 minutes until the potato noodles turn brown. Then add the tomatoes and let everything stand for another 3 minutes.
