Ingredients
- 500 g potato noodles, fresh, from the refrierated shelf
- 250 g cherry tomato (s)
- 2 bell pepper (s)
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 onion (s)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- oil

- Dice the onion, cut the peppers into small pieces, cut the zucchini into slices and quarter the cherry tomatoes.
- Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the onions until translucent. Add potato noodles, paprika and zucchini and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Fry for about 7 minutes until the potato noodles turn brown. Then add the tomatoes and let everything stand for another 3 minutes.
- Season to taste and serve.
