Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 yellow pepper (s)
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 250 g pasta
  • 250 g meat sausae (ham sausae), quartered
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • vegetable broth, instant
  • Oil or butter for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in vegetable broth or salted water (if there are not cooked pasta from the day before). Drain and set aside for now.
  2. Then clean the peppers, cut into strips and divide as you like. Sweat the pepper strips or pieces in a little heated oil or butter. Add the cream and heat until it is nice and creamy. Then put this aside as well.
  3. Now fry the pasta in a little heated oil or butter as desired. Add the meat sausage quarters and let them brown a little. Finally, add the pepper pieces and the cream that you set aside. Mix everything together and season with paprika powder, salt, pepper and vegetable stock.
  4. Tip: You can add onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and corn to the dish as you like.
