Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 250 g bell pepper (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • Paprika powder
  • 250 g pasta
  • 250 g canned tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon broth, instant
  • 750 ml water
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat and the finely chopped onion with oil in the pressure cooker. Season to taste with the specified spices, then place the peppers cut into strips on top. Simply pour the uncooked pasta, tomatoes and stock powder over it, add water and close the pot.
  2. As soon as pressure is built up, the pot is taken off the stove and opened after approx. 5 minutes. Now everything is mixed well and sprinkled with the chopped parsley before serving.
