Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs with the milk, chives, fried onions, pepper and salt vigorously.
  2. Heat the clarified butter in a medium pan and add the egg mixture.
  3. Chop the boiled ham and sprinkle it on the egg mixture.
  4. Let the lid rest on a medium heat until the egg mixture is cooked through.
  5. Place on a plate and fold in the middle once.
  6. A slice of toast and tomato salad goes well with it.
