Melt the butter (in the microwave or over a double boiler).
Knead the remaining ingredients with the melted butter in a bowl until a smooth dough is formed. If the dough is a bit sticky, add a little more flour and shape into a ball.
Now divide the dough ball into approx. 13 pieces and roll out to a height of approx. 3 cm or press flat.
Heat some oil in a pan and fry each flatbread in portions over medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side.
Tip: I like them best when they are warm and coated with herb butter.
