Instructions

  1. Roughly dice the onion and sauté in hot oil in a pan until translucent. Roughly dice the salmon and stew briefly. Then add the cream and water and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes so that the sauce takes on the salmon taste.
  2. Cook the gnocchi in salted water until they float on top (approx. 2 minutes).
  3. Meanwhile stir the sour cream and cream cheese into the salmon sauce (cream cheese thickens). Season to taste with pepper and possibly salt. Drain the gnocchi and stir in.
