Instructions

  1. For the quick potato waffles, put the dumpling batter in a bowl. Make a smooth batter with the egg and milk. The amount of milk always depends on the consistency of the dough, but it should be 100 - 200 ml. It is best to add them slowly and check the consistency over and over again. It should be similar to that of a fluffy puree. Mix in the onion and jerky meat, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  2. Heat a waffle iron, coat with oil and fry crispy waffles. We like to go with applesauce best. A green salad also tastes delicious as a side dish.
